As I have been hearing, Kali linux (Backtrack 6) has now been released. Before everyone start's saying it's a script kiddies wet dream come true or anything within the likes of that, I want to talk about what are the pros and cons of this distro.

The distribution comes in not only 32- and 64-bit flavors, but also works with ARM-based systems as well. That means Kali can run on some Chromebooks and even the Raspberry Pi. awesomes i would like to know what everyone think of kali linux and if they are using it or an older verison of BT

I run both Kali and Backtrack 5 in virtual machines and from live cd. They are both great pentesting distros. I think the best new feature of Kali is the debain compliancy, which allows any tool to be called from anywhere in terminal. It also allows for much easier and automatic package and OS updates. I havent came accross any cons, and I see no reason not to use it instead of Backtrack 5.
