How do you describe colors to a person that is blind, or express sounds to a person that is deaf? Our perception of reality will always have limits.

I feel like "reality" is a man-made idea. You can define it in different ways: Is reality only the things that are 100% proven to be true? And does it have to surround every true thing completely? If we can't see infrared for example, are the things still real? If you define it that way, I'd say that nobody has ever seen true "reality", because there's just so much we don't know about. I'd go with what others have said: Reality is what you experience.

Yes it is real, and if it isn't then it's too perfectly balanced to contemplate about. People are so obsessed with finding out if reality is fake that they ignore it's for all intends and purposes, real. Leave it to the physicists who's goal is to research nature itself to contemplate it, everybody else should just accept it as is.
