Why not visit your GP and/or a specialist?

Or Is It that you're afraid of being diagnosed with a condition that may have an Impact on your mental well-being?

I can't. My family and I have too much going on right now, and my health doesn't seem to be in imminent danger. I still plan on getting some sort of testing done in the future though.

Understood.

I hope you feel better a lot sooner than later.

I'm getting really bad brain fog now, and it feels very uncomfortable. I'm certain there's something wrong with me, I'm just not sure how to get it diagnosed right now.

Still recommend seeing a doctor, whether you need to go behind your family's back or not. Some of the symptoms you've described can be attributed to a variety of conditions. Could be anything from diabetes to multiple sclerosis. None of us are doctors.

Pretty much this, it's been nearly a year, I think it's time.
