15down and 2 up which is pretty good for a rural area. It's better than I was getting when I lived in the city too

Here in Ky there is a company called Mountain Telephone they actually have been running fiber optics through the mountains and hills but the speeds are not the best 1mbps down.

I used it before and it was alright for browsing but with youtube it was awful.
