Does it remove cache? If it does that's something I wish I would have known about months ago.

It has the same outcome. I haven't checked if it actually removes anything in cache myself. It's possible that when the request is parsed that it doesn't even check your current cache, thus loading the updated page. Same outcome. The details I'll have to look in to.
