Duck the KKK I feel a better fight would be to either:

A) Take the 1% bike oranizations, rally their forces together and let them loose (stupid fucks kill each other and gain nothing, set rockers aside and dominate everything)

B) tell ALL people in jail / prison that they are shipping to various known ISIS locations and the ones whom survive earn freedom (some what monitored depending on crime commuted) trust me the freedom will motivate the lifers.
