How do I generate fake view in a thread using maybe an app that refreshes every 3secs to generate new views.

I would download TorGhost and do something like this:

sudo torghost -s; for i in {1..1000}; do curl [url to your thread]; sudo torghost -r; done

This should visit your URL 1000 times from different IP addresses via Tor
