Salutations, forum.

Well, basically I'm new to bblean/desktop customization. I downloaded this, thinking I would have a wonderful desktop to look at. Man, was I wrong.

I know it's more than just bblean, and I understand there are many problems that can become. I just a little help with it, is all.

I like simple and clean, kind of like in the picture displayed below. I want something like that desktop, but I don't know where to even start.

Some problems occurring to me so far:

-I can't see the batterly life, wifi bar, volume changer ect..
-Font changing seems to be difficult, even though it might be the easiest thing to do.

I can't for the life of me figure this out. I've been to various websites, forums, tutorials, methods and so on.. and I can't really figure it out. Any help would be of use.

tl;dr: I need some help with bblean/customization of my desktop.

Never used bblean, so I wouldn't know. It does look neat, but doesn't seem worth the hassle.

I considered setting it up, but it really flipped shit on Windows 8. I think you should just swap to Linux and use XFCE. Much easier and nicer.

What are you in it for? The custom taskbar? Or more the things that you can display on the desktop? If you're in it for the taskbar i can't really help... But if it's the desktop displaying capability, use RainMeter... that's all the advice i can give you, hopefully it's of some use :/
