You can change It by going to "Control Panel > Edit Profile" and on the right pane, you will see "Custom User Title". The Input field beneath "New Custom User Title: (leave blank to use existing)" Is where the change takes place.

phpBB does not have It, hence unless there's a plugin, you cannot have a usertitle In your profile.
