I'm being lazy #1
Before, years ago I was a good man from my own perspective. I clean my room, my bed, I wash dishes, I go outside and do physical things/play, I was slim at that time but the time came when I became super lazy. I eat hugely and became fat, I stay in my room without taking into consideration that it hasn't been cleaned for months. I also don't go outside to play anymore and just play on my pc. Got addicted to dota lol. I have a lot of things I have to do but still haven't done them yet. I wonder how I can get away from this.

By the way, I become a super good man and does everything whenever there isn't electricity.

As time progresses, we all change to some degree.

I too, was a neat freak who kept everything In an orderly manner, but nowadays I don't even make my own bed. What's the purpose of doing so, when I'm going to mess It up the very same night when asleep. My place Is very clean, but not neat. I do tidy up every month or so, but until then It's arrangement Is messed up.

As for my physicality, I don't exercise (I haven't the time) but I can see my ribs and almost no fat around my abdomen. That's all due to a very healthy diet- zero sugar, salt, candy, takeout etc.

I understand what you're going through, I've experienced the same.

Many years ago, I'd eat a large block of candy (300grams) each night, two large packets of potato chips straight after that and have takeout for breakfast & lunch. Upon looking In the mirror, I didn't recognize the person I once was. I grabbed everything, thew It In the waste basket, drove to the local supermarket and stocked my kitchen with fruit and vegetables. And that was around 10 years ago.

The moral Is, you must ready to make the change via your own volition and once that happens, you'd be so glad you did.
Remember: "Diet" Is first and foremost to leading a healthy life.

Don't go ON a diet. Change your diet. Go get full physical check ups too. Seeing your numbers and health improve is an immensely rewarding and motivating part of getting healthier through weightloss and fitness. I say this from experience. Also, I try to remember that I'll only end up more likely having to spend thousands on medical bills later in life, if I don't make changes while it is still easier to do so (aka in one's 20s).
