I have some concern. Are we as humanity that ignorant? [Musically] #1
I was listening to music and searching on youtube and the results I came up with are devastating an disappointing.

See this music?

It holds history on another point of view. The point of view of the community. It has a purpose as to educate people about the Harlem Renaissance. How many views has?

It also has a lot of complex wording and exemplary wording.

If you do not wish to listen to the song I will post the lyrics

Quote:[X3]
Harlem was once was red line district raided,
Designated ghetto like the yellow star of David,
And you why people don't own their homes,
Cuz the fuckin racist bank couldn't mortgage a loan.

Until after the invasion of gentrification,
Eminent domain of intimidation,
That's not negotiation, and it's frustrating to look at,
Every day, like watching a porno, on 56k.
Bio hazard labs instead of store rooms,
Whats next motherfucker, projects as store rooms.
You ain't fool no body in this community,
With your little fake Manhattan community group.
I.V league, real estate firms are corrupt,
They lay siege to your castle like the wars in Europe.
They treat street vendors like criminal riff raff,
while politicians get the corporate kickback.

Harlem Renaissance, a revolution of trade,
Modern day slaves, thinking that the ghetto is saved,
So they start deporting people off the property,
Ethnically cleansing the hood, economically.
They wanna kill the real Harlem Renaissance,
Tryna put the virgin Marry through her early menopause,
The savior is a metaphor, for how we set it off,
Guerrilla war against the beasts only predators.

When I speak about Harlem,
I speak to the world,
The little afghan boy, and the Bosnian girl,
The African of sudan, the people of curtistan,
The third world American, indigenous man.
Palistanians, Washington heights dominions,
Displaced New Orleans citizens,
Beach front prezilian, for fellas that you living in,
The hood is prime estate, they want back in again,
I didn't write this to write shit, because,
Some of ya'll forgot what the Harlem Renaissance was,
We had revolution music, and ardisons,
But the movement was still fucked up like Parkinson.
Cuz while we were givin birth to the culture we love,
Prejudice kept the old people outa the club,
Only colored celebrates in the party,
And left us a legacy of superiority,
Wepedy versus Markus storgindy,
And we ended up, selling out to everybody,
The dutch soldiers, and job bodies,
Banksters, modern day gangsters,
Imobile army,
They wanna move us all out the NYC.
Like the did to the Jews,
With the al har degri.
So support your own business institute of knowledge,
Cuz the real Harlem Renaissance is economic.

This music normally get's ignored or not as promoted as much.
People just don't really like it.

But they love this

This really holds no purpose, history, or lyrically good. Excuse me but a blind, deaf, retarded monkey can do better.

This ushered a new trend we all despised. "Yolo" This literal crap made a huge impact on society and teen.

How many views??

Quote:[Verse 1 - Drake]

Some Spanish girls love me like I’m on Aventura
Tell Uncle Luke I’m out in Miami too
Clubbing hard, Fuckin’ women ain’t much to do
Wrist blancpain, got a condo up in Biscayne
Still getting brain from a thang, ain’t shit changed
How you feel? how you feel? how you feel?
Twenty five sittin’ on 25 mil uhh
I’m in the building and I’m feeling myself
Rest in peace Mac Dre, I’mma do it for the Bay, okay
Getting paid well holla wen ever that stop
My team good, we don’t really need a mascot
Tell Tune “light one, pass it like a relay”
YMCMB you niggas more YMCA
Me, Freddie, Marley Marl at the cribbo
Shout goes out to Niko, Jay and Chubbo, shout to Gibo
We got Santa Margarita by the liter
She know even if im fuckin with her, I don’t really need her
Aohhh, That’s how you feel man?
That’s really how you feel?
Cause the pimpin’ ice cold, all these bitches wanna chill
I mean maybe she won’t
Then again maybe she will
I can almost guarantee she know the deal
Real nigga wassap

[Hook - Drake]
Now she want a photo
You already know though
You only live once: that’s the motto nigga YOLO
We bout it every day, every day, every day
We sittin on the bench, nigga we don’t really play
Every day, every day, fuck what anybody say
Can’t see em cause the money in the way
Real nigga wassup wassup wassup

[Verse 2 - Lil Wayne]
One, time fuck one time
I’m calling niggas out like the umpire
Seven, grams in the blunt
Almost drowned in her pussy so I swam to her butt
It’s Eastside, we in this bitch
Wish a nigga would like a tree in this bitch
And if a leaf fall put some weed in that bitch
That’s my MO, add a B to that shit
I’m fucked up, torn down
I’m twisted: door knob
Talk stupid, off with your head!
Nigga money talks and Mr Ed!
I’m so Young Money got a drum on the gun
Energizer bunny
Funny how honey ain’t sweet like sugar
Ain’t shit sweet niggas on the street like hookers
I tongue kiss her other tongue
Skeet skeet skeet: water gun
Oh my God, Becky, look at her butt! Tunechi

[Hook - Drake]

[3rd Verse - Tyga]
T-raw skinny nigga big balls
Fuck around and get Drag. Ru Paul
You funny little nigga Duval
Out of this world Total Recall
Call a bitch ride the dick like her see saw
Something like a donkey, act a ass nigga hee-haw
Ridin round in the ‘rarri wit the top off
While you in the window, man I’m probably on my next car
Aight, Mighty duck with the ice on
Real L.A. nigga chucks with the gun drawn
Drawing on your face you’re a clown jack in the box
Boy that’s your bop, she my new pum pum star
Stars in the back
Them my homies, they don’t act, acting brand new
Fuck her never call her back
Matt Forte got the bitch running back
Damn, That’s the motto you don’t know it’s like that

[Hook - Drake]

So are we retarded? Maybe I didn't find the corrects words to address this situation but I meant every word.

I'm not a fan of either song but I guess it's how much the artists promote themselves. I never see anything about IT. Listening to the radio pisses me off just thinking about how some of these are being enjoyed and the talentless artists are making bank.

Look up Jeromes Dream, there's a lot of deep music that's been lost. I don't insult the art of music, but I think the capitalist music industry has corrupted it and made it less artistic, and more about consumerism.
