When I ran a service, I didn't "hate" picky customers, but people that wanted so much stuff for a premium price are really annoying.

I wouldn't classify this as picky. I'd classify it as being annoying. He changed his mind at the last second as soon as I finished making the entire set for his forum + changing colors to what he wanted.

I've had several requesters who are just like this, they tend to change their opinions easily and at the worst time. I don't find this as annoying, I find it rather fun actually, as it give me more to do...

I've always meant that people who find it annoying to do more work and not get their original work used aren't really artists. To me, they mostly do it for other reasons than the actual art. Though I can see that people who get easily annoyed, stay away from it.
