He's huge on alcoholic consumption and prior to the COVID-19 lockdown, he was attending pubs everyday after work. Now that he's stopped drinking, he actually looks a lot healthier.
I don't believe It's the case In my locality, otherwise he'd be camping overnight (so to speak) to get his favorite whiskey.
I'm glad that something positive came out of this for him!
I'm a little concerned as to what will eventuate when the COVID-19 Is all over. That Is, I do hope he doesn't go back to his alcoholic addiction.
Only time will tell. So far as our pubs and restaurants go, it's unlikely they will operate at full capacity when they do reopen. Social distancing measures will still be in place. If the same happens in your locality, perhaps that will prevent him returning to the pubs hard and fast when they reopen.
