It certainly Is.

He's huge on alcoholic consumption and prior to the COVID-19 lockdown, he was attending pubs everyday after work. Now that he's stopped drinking, he actually looks a lot  healthier.

We're able to purchase any alcohol at the grocery store, so they would be hard pressed to prevent people from buying it.

I don't believe It's the case In my locality, otherwise he'd be camping overnight (so to speak) to get his favorite whiskey.

I'm a little concerned as to what will eventuate when the COVID-19 Is all over. That Is, I do hope he doesn't go back to his alcoholic addiction.
