this is "tibetan mastiff" they are huge strong as lions.

Actually, it's the "Caucasian Ovcharka" or Caucasian Mountain Dog.
It's commonly mixed up with the mastiff but their colors are completely different.

I know what you mean but generally a dog is only as vicious as it's brought up to be. If you raise a Chihuahua to be aggressive although they are small (and arguably will cause less damage) they will still bite you.

But Chihuahua won't bite your hand off Dogs also can be in a bad mood when you wan't to play and they don't feel like it they can bite. But of course as said it all depends how you raised him from little puppy.
