Okay firstly I'm looking into making my own business.
But the problem is paypal is the most popular money transfer.
But you hear so many horror stories coming out of users of them even people who are 100% verified.

Like you hear a story about some body who offers a legitamate service and the user gets all he can out of that service then chargebacks gets their money back and flees.
What are some preventive measures for that or some human manipulation tricks/so on to win the paypal dispute?

Well when people buy my services it goes thru paypal aswel. I always let them note 'Service - I will not dispute this payment' and pay under the category 'gift' that way they can't charge it back.

But still i wouldn't recommend Paypal for 100% garuanteed money transfer.
They'll screw you over when ever they feel like.

Hmm well is there like another virtual bank system that would allow funds to be deposited via systems like paypal?
So that way I wouldn't have to use them at all but customers could still use them?

I used to trade Garena accounts. Then a guy tricked and hacked my "Family" mail/MSN and i couldn't get it back, then, i stoped being nice to people or trade with them. There are few ways to be sure but idk them.

Liberty Reserve you cannot chargeback. With PayPal just be an American and get 100% verified and the customer support will suck your dick.
