I'm really not entirely sure how it would function. Power relationships and resources would be so different. Society is a broad word that encompasses such a huge variety of things that interlink and impact each other, it's hard to predict/guess how it would/could work.
I wonder whether people will be less individualised and more group based - Not necessarily gangs, but do you see where I'm coming from? If you group together with stronger people, you may be safer.
I don't have any expertise on this topic at all. This post is purely speculative.
I feel like The Purge could be interpreted as an example of what an Anarchistic government (rather, the lack thereof) would become in most parts of the West. Like most radical ideologies, anarchy sounds like it could work on paper given a little planning, but look at the shitstorm the election has created - if there were no laws regarding murder or personal harm, half of America would probably be dead at this point.
Then again, with no central government and maybe a little promoted Existentialism and/or Absurdism (though not extreme) to keep people's morals away from mass murder, most of modern civilization's revolts, rebellions, and even genocides may never have happened. Just food for thought.

It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.
