maybe the dir is empty. Or, that is more likely, the httpd-daemon has no right to read this files and due to the non existing rights the webserver does not know anything about the content of the directory.

Maybe you should try to dig deeper (path-traversal, ...)

many FTP programs could help but a simple dir search would work too
