http://www.tf2outpost.com/ is a website I just learned about, you can trade keys for copies of games or items in Tf2, usually you'll get a game for cheaper using keys than money (IE 2 keys for $5 might buy CIV 5 which is $15)
If you want to play CSGO with me on steam my account is fnvcot, be aware though i'm shit and am a Silver 4, I also can't surf
