I've seen alot of videos how to port forward but how can I do it with MY internet?

If you can't see, it says:
Local IP Adress l Start port l End port l Protocol l Enable
************l 0 l 0 l Both l ( Box empty )
Pls help me port forward

Then try to use Simple Port Forwarding, it's a simple program just follow all steps.
