2. When opened Preferences, do as the following image indicates:

3. After that act like following image indicates:

4. Find & go to ADVANCED
5. SEARCH for "bt.allow_same_ip true" (it used to be false)
6. dht.rate 2
7. rss.update_interval 20
After these actions please restart your uTorrent client and you're done.
