Okay, I'm gonna share some tutorial about Animated Sig's/Picture. Dang, cus im lazy at making requested signature and it really depends on my mood, So i will just share my lil` knowledge about making an animated *moving* signature/picture.

Hope This Tutorial will help you a lot.
ESP. For Beginners.

2 Things You Need.
1.Adobe Photoshop ( For Your image editing )
2.Adobe Image Ready ( For our Moving picture )

Let's start-----

1. Firstly, You need to Provide your Picture's.
-if you want it Transparent Save it as .GIF/.PNG
-if not Transparent better save it as .JPG for smaller file size.


I picked 3 images here *SEE BELOW*

Example:

im an RO players. so i chose RO chars.


2. The images you picked must be save in One Folder Only.
*if ya dont have a folder yet then better make one*

Example:


3.Then Open Your Adobe ImageReady.
--START > ALL PROGRAMS > ADOBE IMAGE READY
( Depends on your Location )

EXAMPLE:


4.Now After Opening Your Image Ready.
Follow This Steps..
FILE > IMPORT > FOLDER AS FRAMES...

5.Then a Window will Pop Up After clicking The FOLDER AS FRAMES...
-You need to Select The Folder Where you Chosen Images are located.

EXAMPLE:

6.Then after Opening your Folder Frames.
Go to the Animation Layer.
Then Duplicate your First Image *CLICK THE ICON*

EXAMPLE:


7.After Clicking the Duplicate Icon, You will see the Copy of the 1st Image You Select to Duplicate.


8.Drag the Duplicated Image to the last Frame.


9.Select the Second Frame/Picture Then Tween it by Clicking the Tween Icon Below Your Frames [ o o o o ]

10.A window will pop up after clicking thee TWEENEY icon.

SET UP MUST BE:
Tween with: NEXT FRAME;
Frames to Add : Depende upon you *i picked 3 slides*
Layers: All Layes
Paremeters: [Check]Position,Opacity,Effects.



11.You will see The Animation Layer Frames became 7.
THE OLD FRAME : is 4.
THE Tween : is 3 *At the set up*



12.Then Select Your Last Frame and Tween it Like Step 11 Does.

<!--Note: You must be Familiar with your Original Pictures From First to Last Step. *So the Scenario != Misleading/Puzzled*--!>

13.As what Step 12 is, The Tween You picked at Step 13 Will be added automatically.

Click The Play Icon at the animation layer Below The Frames. [ > ]
To See the output of yer moving image.

15.Then if your now contented with your Moving Image's.
Let's Now Optimized it.

Do the steps below.


.A window will Pop Up

= Just Check Both
-Bounding Box
-Redundant Pixel Removal.

Then do this..

FILE>Save Optimized As...>YOURIMAGENAME.GIF *automatically saved as .GIF*



KABOOOOM! Find your Optimized Image Then View it. Upload it! Host it!

and the largest number of frames that i did was 684(not to brag, just to say that you can increase the number of your frames)

I don't know much about animation, but the program everyone raves about for it is 3dstudiomax. With that, you generate 3d objects, then define paths over which the objects ought to move, and render the results to produce a film.
