I've seen many recipes that are delicious. My main ingredient is peanut butter and caramel. I really love the taste, but it is fattening if nothing is done to burn off those extra calories.

That's a nice smoothie indeed.
The mixture that I make has almost the same ingredients, with a few exceptions. What I do is grab two bananas and a yogurt and mix them with the blender, after that I put some honey into the mixture. I mix it again, but this time with a spoon and it's done. I really find it to my liking.
