It scrapes HQ/elite proxies which serves a similar purpose as private proxies. Another tool you can try Is "Proxy Grabber BY X KILLER". I had the tools hosted on another blog of mine, but I took It (the blog) down due to not having the time to maintain It.

and sir I need help about a config, I found a config but this config is very very slow, I tried paid proxy, free proxy, HQ and MHQ proxies but config is still working very slow, How Can I fix this or How Can I fast this config?? if I send you Can you check config sir??
