hi guys
Sometimes it is common on Windows computers connections are carried out in the secrets websites,by spyware, Programs operating in the second plane
(normalmente encontrado en la barra de tareas) or at worst cases viruses or Trojans, ocaciona this many times that our internet connection go slow
having close programs that usually consume much bandwidth, P2P, etc.
The trick is very simple, use a simple DOS command to detect and prevent suspicious activity, the steps are:
1)Enter the Windows Start menu and click Run.
2) run type cmd to open the command line.
3)In the command line write netstat -b 5 > activity.txt and press enter.
4)Wait two minutes and press Ctrl + C.
5) Now in the same command line type write activity.txt and press enter, then it will open a text file.

the file activity.txt contain a record of the processes that are making a connection to the Internet in the last two minutes (so we hope 2 minutes in step 3). Cool thumbsup
This file also shows websites connected processes.
Now what's left to do is manage these processes, delete, or cleaning desinstalandolos with some antivirus or antispyware. :epic:
