I was wondering how to host an "illegal" site.
After some research, I found several solutions Bulletproof hosting, vps and rdp.

But finally my real question was earlier what is the best solution.

A website can be closed if it does not respect the conditions of use of its host or otherwise it can be closed because the police ask the host to close the site because it does not respect the law.

It's Impossible to advise without knowing the nature of the site.

Stating the obvious, It depends on the website's content, and whether the host can accommodate It.

I have seen Shopify with a private domain from GoDaddy using cloudflare DNS service. These fake shops are a real pain to get shut down.

Hosts that are advertised as "bulletproof" will generally ignore abuse complaints. "Offshore" hosts will allow things that your home country might not, as well. The difference between "bulletproof" and "offshore" is often the intent.
