How to hack a site by reading phpinfo?

Hi guys,
sorry for this noob question, I'm new in site hacking.

I found a german page (one of the bigest CBD store in germany), which has a phpinfo file on the server, which is accessible. What information is important here and how can I use it in a meaningful way?

I have found a critical hole (scaned with several tools and tests some passwords). I'm able now to connect to the database (20-30k users) of this shop. Any interests?
