Currently, in the world, there is a large number of people who suffer from obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and low testosterone. The increased sedentary lifestyle of people nowadays is extremely difficult as well with the amount of processed foods we ingest as well. All in all the cure to this problem is living a health-conscious lifestyle, a lot easier said than done. And there are also a lot of factors that come into play as well like hormone conditions and more physiological-based conditions. My experience in this field is quite extensive, I have both personal and clinical experience helping people get to where they want to be, and I personally really liked helping rehab patients with musculoskeletal problems. I say personal as well because, at one point in my life, I was obese, I did the diets and research and lost the weight, and I have also helped hundreds of people lose weight and keep it off. I want to help people reach their goals and I don't like to sugarcoat things, I like to be brutally honest because when it comes to your health it's paramount. If you wondering what my credentials are I'm in my 2nd year of residency going into orthopedics. I may decide to go into PM&R as well but we’ll see. I understand kinesiology very well and exercise science, this is my passion. I also worked at a rehab center/PT clinic, and I enjoyed that, I like endocrinology, and I am on TRT because I believe it is healthy for the right people and should be prescribed by primaries under the right circumstances. Nutrition is also something I find very interesting and knowledgeable in. So if you have any questions please feel free to ask and I'm gonna make some more threads about topics I find interesting in the medical field like TRT and stuff like that.
