A lot of people wonder how to take a full resolution picture of the youtube image without taking a fullscreen screenshot.
This is what you have to do:

When listening to a video/watching a video you press:

• CTRL + U
  
• CTRL + F
  

Type in: og:image
Now copy the link right next to that, paste it in your address bar and tadaa!
