Try "AutoBot Proxy Grabber",  It does the job exceptionally well.

Thanks, I'll give it a go. Found it may partially be due to a broken config aswell.

Edit: for me it's just repeatedly getting the same 5 proxies. I have the settings set to "all" and it's just getting the same 5.

It's working perfectly fine on my end.

In the "Options" setting, did you select the Count number? As for the rest (Country, proxy type etc), leave everything defaulted, as shown In the Image above. Also, you will be prompted to change IPs, so do that using your VPN.
