Suppose I want to use the software Prorat on a victim. But, in order to do so, I need the current IP address of the victim. How can I get the IP address of the victim? Can somebody help me out?

You don't need to use those old rats anymore. Use the new ones like DarkComet, Cybergate. They will do this for you. All you need is a no-ip.com dns (which is free to register)
