Basically I want a way of getting the IP Address of someone in Tor on the site "tetatl6umgbmtv27.onion"; if you have any clue how to do so, either message me or make a post about it.

You must not know what TOR does.

Unless you're part of the intelligence community, this is pretty much impossible. Your connection on TOR is tunneled through a network of virtual servers, essentially meaning that it's not your IP that's making the requests. The best you could do (if there's an exploit in this chatroom) is find their exit node which, spoilers, doesn't really get you anywhere.

OP I really think SE is your only option here, try and convice your victim by talking to him, getting to know him etc..
