How to drop a player from a game server (UT2004, CS:GO) #1
Hello everyone. I'm fairly seasoned in the networking field. I've finished my CCNP courses in college, and I've been confronted too many times with people who hack games and think they're the bomb, or big mouths who try taking advantage of someone. I have no desire to hack innocent game servers, nor do I have any desire to start hacking people for no reason. I am well aware that legal actions can be taken against me if I choose to participate in those types of things.

CS:GO - There are too many cheaters in this game. I play competitive mode to try getting my rank up, and all I get is de-ranked because people aimbot/wallhack way too much in this game. I've used an aimbot before, and I find little to no satisfaction in using it. I don't call them out because they're simply outperforming me. I call it as well as my team because they're blatant at these things.

UT2004 - Hacker gets on and copies names to spam chat in one of the only thriving game servers in this FPS. He says vulgar comments that aren't necessary whatsoever. He also hacks the server to allow more players to get in the server to play, and the server isn't that good to begin with. Therefore, he has no place in this server.

My question is - How do you go about DDoS'ing an individual in a game server to drop them from the server? I have good intentions for this hack to implement justice where it's needed.

What I've done so far - I've downloaded Wireshark/WinPcap to sniff out who's doing what. It's nearly impossible for me to find the packet(s) that belong to the user who's hacking. I'm aware of LOIC, UDP-Unicorn, and DoSHTTP. Am I going towards the right step? I greatly appreciate any help from you guys & girls. Once again, I have good intentions to implement justice where it's needed. I'm sick of seeing people do what they want on game servers only to ruin the game community.

I know the feels, I played alot of CSGO and went up to "Master Guardian" legitly.
Unfortunately in these ranks 80% of the players cheat.

Being able to DDoS them would require you too pull the IP. There are loads of ways doing that but I suggest you not to, first of all because it is impossible doing that while playing the game.

The best thing to do is just report the player.

If you want to play then play ESEA.
They have a custom anti-cheat.
