Once you've opened the link click on "Check status of an incident" on the far right of the screen.
When you've opened that a screen like this will appear:

If there's any action within the closed tab you'll be fine, on the other hand if there's any open reports just be careful, your account may not be as safe as you think. By using this link you can close any UA's (Unauthorised access claims).
