Nah I've heard of it but I want to set my ip to previous one cuz I want to play game in server but one of our country man did hacking in server now we all have sub-net ban my IP has been added to exception but every single time I switch off my modem my ip got change that why I asked if you know please help me out thanks

This could easily have been answered if you took your time and used the mighty Google...

To help you at least a little bit I would recommend you to look into "static IP addresses" and "dynamic IP addresses". You will fast realize how you would get around this problem.

Sometimes changing IP address is not enough.
If changing IP doesn't work, change HWID.
