I've got a question for that i cant get any answer..
Is changing my IP Address or Mac address is legal?
If not legal why?
If legal how?
And how do i be highly anonymous. Plzz give some tutorials to
learn something about anonymity.
Plzz share what u know....

And changing IP and MAC addresses are not illegal. But how would depend on what specifically what operating system you use and what exactly you mean by "change". For example, if you unplug your modem for 30 seconds, often times when you plug it back in your IP has "changed". You can also "change" (its not really changing) your IP by routing your connection through various other systems. Or you can spoof your IP.

There are thousands and thousands of tutorials on how to change your mac and ip addresses, and how to stay anonymous online. Hell there are several good ones on hackcommunity.
