You will have to do what is called a DDOS. (stress testing) or sending a bunch of memory packets to a specified IP. The only effective ones are paid. There is a very good one at:*snip*

So they will provide me a prog for attacking and host as well?? Sorry again for question...
Honestly i need someone to help me to have a strong prog to taking down the server i want to attck.  I wont attack without reason.. Im looking for the paid one. Thanks again.. Pm me please or comment here.
