instead of this method.. i would suggest that you disconnect yourself from internet as soon as you suspect that you have been infected.. then download all the necessary files or softwares from another pc and then shift it through a pen drive or something.. a rat is useless unless the ratter is connected to your pc.. keep that in mind Smile

You router has a built-in firewall. If you have another computer, just enable the firewall and disabled incoming connections from unknown sources or untrusted certificates and then go back onto your RATted PC and download the files in Safe Mode. This will ensure you delete the RAT and could possibly gain information about the way he is connecting if you look at the router firewall logs.

It'll still be effective if it's FUD ... Especially if it's only real defense is being encrypted from the crypter.
