In the past I have tried something like this using Kali Linux.
I was wondering if you need to buy something specific for cracking wifi passwords because last time it didn't work.

When I type airmon-ng I see interface chipset and driver.However below that I do not see ath0 and e.t.c
Do I need something or am I just missing something?

If you want to crack wps security just download xiaopan os. For 8 hours you can hack many routers with wps
