When I tried to crack WEP through backtrack it give me error of ' No any card ' found. Is there any need of specific network card??

isnt this possible if you have linux distro and you just download aircrack-ng ?and macchanger...

Yes.
In any Debian based Distribution such as Ubuntu or LinuxMint you merely need to install Aircrack-ng & Macchanger (Macchanger-gtk, for graphical front end since Macchanger is CLI) packages for what is described by Author's initial thread.
I assume the Author recommending Backtrack would be directed at those using Windows.
