Well can someone teach me on how to create the effect in photoshop like the one in the above image link. I don't know anything in designing so I am asking the designers here. Why I am the worst designer ? :crying:

And it is a lot of effects compared, it's the pentool, which is used to make the lines, and then there is a color overlay, glow, and maybe satin.

In that Picture Some Brushes ,Pen Tool is Used and then apply Effects ....

I won't say that this effect is easy.
But its not that difficult.
To make this you'll need some renders [ flares , flames ] and some picture of an eye.
You need to use the pentool to create lines and then add a outer glow of gold color.

I'd advise you (if you don't have a graphics tablet) to get a picture of an eye, print it out, and then using first pencil, and once you've finished this stage,fineliner, to draw how you want the lines to be on the finished picture. Do that over the print out of the eye. Then, scan it into your computer and save it your documents. Open it in Photoshop, but the first thing you need to do is save it as a .psd file. Create a new layer and select it. Using the brush tool, draw out the shape you did in pen. Then, create a new layer and fill in any bits that need to be filled in. Now, merge the layers and double click on the layer that remains. A menu should open. Fiddle around with this until you get the desired effect. Now, make the background layer invisible.
