I reached a point where I don’t really need new clothes, I’m okay with what I’ve got, so I just buy them when I find very good deals (everything under 60% off it ain’t a good deal to me). So about 3-4 times a year. But then again I sell a lot of my clothes that I don’t use anymore, so the expense is minimal.

I usually buy them twice a year, mostly because I'm still growing out of my clothes, slower than before but still. Plus I find myself liking new clothes all the time.
