I had like 6 removed. Hurt like hell though, I had my mouth numbed but you can still feel the pain a bit...

It doesn't really hurt, it's more just a shit ton of awkward pressure in your mouth. The only time it hurts is if you have a terrible dentist and he moves it around in circles and it crunches and shit *cringes*
