You are 12-15 and you can do 85 push ups without stopping? Sorry, but I call bullshit on this one. Yes, you should be careful. Not because of puberty, but because you are still growing.

Then you shouldn't do (that many) push ups. Seriously, you are young and still growing. You should not train with weights or anything like that.

As long as you do them correctly, push-ups aren't dangerous to do at a young age.

Exactly. They're not dangerous or anything, but it's better to start training once your a little older.

Agree. Can start when your 14 but dont so strength but condition
