How good is the market for Twitter Accounts?

I spoke with a coder earlier about making a bot, branded by my upcoming "company" and he said it would cost about $350 for an account creator, that would work.

Now, what do you advise? How is the market? Seems good to me, but I want more opinions.

Maybe $20 would be what that's worth, an account creator can be easily done in C or VB.

I don't think Twitter accounts are in Demand. Although I would purchase the source to be privately distributed among myself and friends, FaceBook is in WAY more demand.

Twitter is used widely around the world and I personally believe that it is in the market right now.
