How fast should my endurance running be? I am doing endurance running for working out #1
How fast should my endurance running be? I am doing endurance running for working out and a purpose of slimming my legs. I run for about 50 minutes at the speed of 9 to 9.5 km/h. Is it ideal or too fast/slow

First off, don't expect your legs to get smaller. When I was able to run, my legs would always get bigger when I ran.
As for speed, it's variable. You should start running and find your comfort zone, then run 10% harder than that. Don't run based on strict distance or time either, that's just going to be mentally stressful the whole time. Go 10% above your comfort level until you run out of steam. I used to run laps around town to train (small town), appprox 14mi loops. Endurance running is all about how long you can run for, not how fast you can complete the distance. You should train the same way you plan to run. Expect to be out running for 2-3 hours.

Also, keep very close track on your intake. You should be taking in as much water as your body can handle, make sure to balance your electrolytes as well. Don't be stupid and try to cut sugar out of it either, sugar is the only energy source that can cross the blood brain barrier.

In terms of slimming (legs or otherwise), your diet Is of equal Importance as exercise.

Be sure to eat the right foods. It'll make a significant difference In weight loss.

Not sure what the general benchmark is, but I'm sure doing a beep test and timing a 5km wouldn't hurt

This.

If you're lean with a lot of muscle mass and compare your body weight to that of someone who's considerably overweight, you may find there's very little In weight difference.
