Maths. I've made equations for determining happiness based on income, number of friends vs. desired number of friends, and work vs. free time, one for the desirability of a task( the opposite of how likely you are to procrastinate ), and made a P != NP system for verifying time.

48 hours of the week are for work, 60 hours-ish of sleep, 15 hours of doing finances, 10 and a half hours eating, 4 and a half hours of using the bathroom. Leaving me with 3 open days when I don't work with about 10 hours each day of free time, which I spend reading, spending time with fiancée, playing a video game occasionally, or writing. Not factoring in my smoking as I do that sometimes while doing other things (Smoke breaks at work for instance.)
Occasionally go shopping, usually for food.
