This Is relative to how It's configured In the back-end. That Is, your web host.

If It's not configured to display correctly on mobile devices, there's very little you can do from a client-side standpoint.

Bootstrap is usually built in to handle both ends no?

I don't recommend you bootstrap.
Use Media query, it's the best solution. Wink
