How does rep work?
I kinda just want a single rep.

Reputation is given by other users as an indication that they are enjoyable users. You go to someone's profile and add rep from there + a comment saying why you gave them rep.

@"ballsinmyface445" has explained It well. There Is also negative and neutral reputation, which pretty much speaks for Itself.
