In all seriousness though, I still don't think spanking/smacking them is the best way to resolve disobedience. Maybe a time-out and taking their electronics away for the day? I don't know. I'm not a parent so I guess I wouldn't understand. All I know is that when my parents spanked me I really wouldn't give a shit, but when they threatened to take all of my shit away from me I straightened up.
